The South East Local Transport Body, which will prioritise future local transport schemes across the region, has appointed John Spence as its first chairman.
Mr Spence is also the chairman of the South East Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP), and has formerly held managing director roles at the Lloyds TSB group.
