St Helens has been unveiled as the venue for the prestigious 2008 tourism society annual conference which is supported by St Helen's MBC. The conference will feature a number of keynote speakers from the tourism industry, government, and public sector bodies. A spokesman said: ‘It is a great coup for St Helens that the tourism society has elected to hold its 2008 annual conference here.'
