More than 2,000 staff at Vertex Public Sector will be volunteering and raising funds at Age UK charity shops throughout the country.
Managing director, Andrew Warren, said a recent fund-raising launch day generated more than £2,200, and the firm intends to hold more events in future. ‘The funds raised by Vertex will help make a real difference to older people in need,' said Age UK's director of fundraising, Paul Farthing.
