Almost two in three government workers (64.7%) who remain unmoved by threatened pension reforms and redundancies are unwilling to trade jobs for the private sector, employee research indicates.
A survey of public sector staff attitudes, conducted by recruitment consultancy,Badendoch & Clark,has revealed that most of the Government workforce is prepared to sit tight in their current post.
