WORKFORCE

Strategic Director of Regeneration, Housing and Resources

The best solutions seldom come straight out of the box. Real innovation means being brave enough to do things differently. Some of our very best ideas are already coming to fruition here in Slough. You can build on the momentum and drive that are here in abundance.

This role has a far-reaching brief and presents the opportunity to lead integrated solutions to some of the quality of life issues we are seeking to redress. You'll lead a hugely ambitious regeneration agenda, already changing the face of our town. We're at the forefront of public and private sector partnership working. You'll ensure our continued success and deliver benefits to all in our community.

It's important you can demonstrate the management skills to oversee expansive projects and a track record in a similar urban setting. As a member of the corporate team you'll share management leadership of the council, balancing a collaborative style with a tenacious and resilient approach to delivering objectives. In a fast paced environment, your energy will embrace new investment and delivery models to transform Slough.
