Stars from TV's Coronation Street have helped launch the Manchester Partnership's draft community strategy. ~Manchester City Council~ leader, ~Richard Lees~ , said the strategy was a ‘blueprint' for the city over the next decade, and added: ‘This document describes where we are as a city, where we want to be, and how we will get there.'
