South Norfolk DC is taking back control of street cleaning from Veolia in a bid to save £100,000. ‘In addition to the financial saving, our in-house service will offer advantages over commercial services because it is designed for local conditions,' said cabinet member for the environment, Cllr Philip Waltham.
