London Councils is launching a second consultation on voluntary sector funding, after the High Court ruled it had failed to meet it's statutory duties.

Following last month's judicial review, a judge ruled the association must re-run its consultation to cut £10m from the £26.4m budget of the London Borough Grants scheme.
