Suffolk CC could bring some of its staff back in-house when a customer services contract ends next year.

The county council's latest annual latest annual governance statement warns the number of staff at the local authority could increase next year if workers and services are transferred back when the current agreement with Customer Service Direct finishes in May 2014.
