Suffolk CC's new Reform UK leadership has followed Essex CC is announcing plans for legal action against the Government's reorganisation plans.
The party's leader at the county, Cllr Michael Hadwen said of Labour's plans to create three unitary authorities out of Suffolk's existing county and district councils: ‘I don't want to see my county divided, so we are going to be mounting a legal challenge against the Government.'
