Suffolk CC has secured more than £300,000 from the Heritage Lottery Fund's skills for the future programme to employ 18 trainees in two of the county's museums.
‘Traditional routes into museum and heritage careers can sometimes be difficult,' said cabinet member for museum services, Cllr Judy Terry.
