A £28.5m project with BT to bring superfast broadband to Cheshire has been officially launched.

By 2016, more than 96% of Cheshire premises will be able to access high-speed fibre broadband, with speeds of up to 80Mbps. Premises in the remaining 4% should have access to a minimum of 2Mbps.
