Surrey CC has achieved full Investing in People accreditation, after meeting 39 key indicator standards, including decision-making, equal opportunities and management effectiveness. The council's chief executive, Richard Shaw, said: ‘This is a great achievement, especially in view of the amount of change we have gone through since our last review. ‘It is a tribute to the quality of the staff we employ.'
