Surrey hits target ahead of schedule

Surrey CC is celebrating after achieving Sir Peter Gershon’s target of saving £40m – one year ahead of schedule.Sir Peter commended Surrey CC, and said the authority had ‘implemented a major change agenda and released significant savings’.
