Surrey CC has accused South West Trains of not running a fair consultation on plans to reduce the opening hours of their ticket offices. The consultation runs for 23 days, when many people are on summer holiday. Executive member for transport, David Munro, said: ‘It is a concern to me that this consultation is done when people are away and for such a short period.'
