Public survey backs two unitaries for Worcestershire

Nearly half of survey respondents have backed the creation of two unitaries for Worcestershire rather than the county’s interim preference for a single unitary.

Nearly half of survey respondents have backed the creation of two unitaries for Worcestershire rather than the county's interim preference for a single unitary.

More than 4,200 people and organisations responded to the survey led by six councils in Worcestershire, with 48% supporting two unitaries, 29% backing one unitary and 19% not wanting any reorganisation.
