Sussex devolution 'not so dissimilar' from Greater Manchester

The Labour leader of Brighton & Hove has insisted the devolution model can work in Sussex because it is ‘not so dissimilar’ to Greater Manchester.

The Labour leader of Brighton & Hove has insisted the devolution model can work in Sussex because it is ‘not so dissimilar' to Greater Manchester. 

Despite Sussex being largely rural, Bella Sankey said: ‘Greater Manchester is a city with lots of other towns around it so it's not so dissimilar.'
