London mayor, Boris Johnson, has pledged £10.3m funding to help cover infrastructure costs of the London Sustainable Industries Park.

Based in Dagenham, on land owned by the Mayor's Office, investment in the new site – designed to house a cluster of green enterprises – also includes £21m cash to develop an organic waste plant, set to become the capital's first anaerobic digestion facility.
