Third sector groups in the South West are struggling to make their voices heard in the public sector, according to a new report.
The document, published by the South West Forum (Neil McInroy pictured at a group conference), which represents charities in the region, said groups were finding it increasingly difficult to be heard and they felt excluded from the decision-making process.
