Capita has bought the Gosport-based firm Fortek Computers, a specialist provider of command, control and communications systems to emergency services.
The purchase will complement Capita's recent acquisition of Beat Systems and Cedar HR and Fortek founder, George Godliman, will join the board of Capita's secure information solutions business.
