Krysia Butwilowska, the headteacher of St Luke's School, Portsmouth, has been selected by the national college of school leadership (NCSL) to be a leader of education. Mrs Butwilowska was one of just 67 headteachers selected by the NCSL to be national leaders of education. They will work with schools across the country
