Housing repairs firm, Mears Group, and the Tenants' and Residents' Organisations of England (TAROE) have launched a new joint venture.
The Asert project will provide a range of services, all developed by tenants. It will train tenants to externally assess and independently verify the services they receive from companies such as the Mears Group.
