The Cheltenham Development Task Force is inviting proposals to regenerate two of the town's key sites – North Place and Portland Street.

‘Our objective is to not only deliver the ambitions for these sites, but also release capital for other town centre aspirations so that we can continue to roll out the development programme,' said task force managing director, Jeremy Williamson.
