Kensington & Chelsea RLBC is on course to freeze council tax for a second year running when bills for 2007/08 are sent in March. ‘We have always tried to keep council tax low,' said council leader, Merrick Cockell. ‘This reflects our hard work maintaining financial stability while providing quality services.'
