Coastal areas are among the biggest beneficiaries of the Government's small business rate relief (SBRR) discount, which offers double tax breaks for small firms and shops.
Due to the high concentration of small businesses in coastal areas, these localities will see the most of an increased government rate reprieve for qualifying firms.
