Schools in Suffolk and Hackney are joining forces for a teaching exchange programme to improve education standards.
The programme has been designed to broaden teachers' professional expertise and strengthen leadership and has been set up following a 10-month independent inquiry into school performance in Suffolk. 'Whilst we will take time to fully all the report's recommendations, the proposed partnership with Hackney is something we're very positive about and have already started to implement,' said Suffolk CC's cabinet member for education, Cllr Lisa Chambers.
