BT Education and Local Government has formed a strategic partnership with Northern Ireland-based IT company, Consilium Technologies. ‘The partnership will bring a consolidated business solution, primed to meet the developing needs of a local authority market which is increasingly citizen-focused, efficient and accountable,' said Consilium chief executive, Colin Reid.
