Social housing tenants at North Tyneside MBC can now access their account details online.
The local authority's housing service has created a facility on the council's website, www.northtyneside.gov.uk, which enables tenants to access rent statements, payments, and balances. Cllr Paul Mason said: ‘It reduces costs for the council as it means we no longer need to send rent statements through the post.'
