Tenants have given the go ahead for ~South Gloucestershire Council~ to transfer housing stock to the Merlin Housing Society. The transfer must now be approved by the deputy prime minister and, if successful, will be completed by early next year. ‘I would like to thank the tenants for the confidence they have placed in us,' said the chairman of Merlin Housing Society's board of management, Les Good.
