Bromley LBC's director of adult and community services, Terry Rich, is leaving the council after eight years, to seek new challenges.
During his tenure, Mr Rich helped modernise the delivery of adult social care and housing. He also developed strong partnership working with the voluntary sector, establishing brokerage services with Age Concern and Mind.
