Community right-to-buy proposals in the Localism Bill conflict with the Big Society agenda, the Country Land and Business Association (CLA) has claimed.
CLA president, William Worsley, branded as ‘unnecessary and ill-thought out' provisions giving local people and councils the right to list and have first chance to bid for land and buildings deemed of community value.
