The Wales Audit Office has given a positive review of the Vale of Glamorgan Council's OneVale project, which aims to revolutionise the local authority. Based around the imaginative use of latest technology, the £14M OneVale programme has, at its heart, a contact centre, which has already been established and is dealing with a number of service areas.
