~Ken Livingstone~ has been courting controversy again, after accusing ~Westminster City Council~ of blocking plans for a clock counting down to the 2012 Olympics. The London mayor reportedly said the council would object to putting the clock in Trafalgar Square while in China, after visiting a clock counting down to the Beijing 2008 Olympics. No-one was available at Westminster to comment at the time of going to press.
