COSLA has backed a ~Fife Council~ campaign to abolish tolls on Scottish road bridges. Fife Council leader, ~Anne McGovern~ said: ‘If we want a consistent, logical, national policy that puts Fife and the east of Scotland on a level playing field when it comes to bridge tolls, then we have to send the strongest message possible to the minister.'
