Totty floors its rivals St Helen’s MBC has awarded Totty Building Services a £380,000 refurbishment project at the audit office block within the town hall. The scheme will see Totty upgrade office accommodation across two floors of the building in a phased programme, which will enable staff to remain in occupation throughout.
