Touch of glass for Ken’s team London mayor Ken Livingstone is planning to spend up to £7.5m a year in rent, housing his transport officials in London’s soon-to-be tallest skyscraper. Staff from Transport for London are to move to the ‘Shard of Glass’ building near London Bridge on completion in 2011.
