Ashford BC leader, Paul Clokie, and chief executive, David Hill, have met with representatives from Eurostar to discuss the future of its train services from the town. The Ashford delegation asked the company to consider reintroducing at least one direct service to Brussels. ‘Eurostar confirmed it was conducting a six-month review, as we had pressed it to do,' said Mr Hill.
