County councillors in Shropshire met yesterday (Wednesday) to discuss plans to create a new trading company.
Shropshire CC's cabinet met after The MJ went to press to discuss proposals by chief executive, Kim Ryley, to establish the company as the local authority moves to become a strategic commissioner of public services.
