An IT consultant at Hampshire CC has won this year's Graham Williamson Challenge award at the Society of IT Management annual conference in Harrogate.

Clare Forbes joined the council as a graduate five years ago and has helped train staff to use the Hantsnet system, which provides applications, communication, information and training at their desktops.
