Treasury unveils voluntary Code of Conduct for PPPs

Business leaders are encouraging companies in the PFI and public private partnership sector to sign up to a new code of conduct.

Business leaders have encouraged companies in the private finance initiative (PFI) and public private partnerships (PPP) sector to sign up to a new code of conduct.

The voluntary code was published by the Treasury on 13 June and includes a best practice guide for companies to make savings in existing contracts for schools, hospitals and infrastructure projects.
