New opportunities to embed new ways of working in Adult Social CareUp to £105k plus up to 10% PRP This is an opportunity to offer your adult social care expertise, commissioning knowledge and business acumen to an innovative and forward looking environment. Our Tri Borough arrangement is unique in local government, bringing together adult social care services into a single model under the management of one Executive Director. Our aim is to optimize cost and headcount, improve standards, share information and drive greater operating consistency. All three boroughs, covering the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham, the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and the City of Westminster, are ranked as amongst the best in the country for adult social care. We intend to maintain this high standard whilst learning from each other and working to common values: innovation, collaboration, enterprise and resourcefulness. Working across Adult Social Care and Health, we aim to reduce hospital admissions, help people to leave hospital well, get services out of hospitals and into or near people's homes and give people the right help at the right time. We want to help vulnerable people do more for themselves and to give them more choice so that self direction is the norm, supported by technological solutions. To help secure the success of this new approach, we're introducing a new structure under our Executive Director for Adult Social Care – Liz Bruce. For each of these three new roles, we're looking for people to help shape the future, provide stability and embed our shared values across the adult social care and health landscape.
