Bristol City Council has approved the sale of an old school site to a community land trust, in a deal which could pave the way for the creation of up to 12 affordable homes.
The site in Eastville has been derelict for several years and has been sold to Bristol Community Land Trust for £1. The trust plans to build a mixture of affordable and shared-equity housing.
