Westminster City Council is set to renew its contract with ALMO CityWest Homes, which manages 22,000 homes, having agreed in principle in light of its performance over the last decade.
The council's decision is now subject to consultation with residents and negotiations with CityWest Homes, which are timetabled to conclude by February 2012.
