London Councils chairman Cllr Merrick Cockell has condemned industrial action by Tube workers this week. Cllr Cockell, Tory leader of Kensington and Chelsea LBC, said the strike would not only bring chaos and misery to commuters but would tarnish the Capital's global reputation.
