Politicians may be forced into denials on a regular basis, but spare a thought for Manchester Mayor Andy Burnham's poor nighttime economy tsar, Sasha Lord.

As if the poor man didn't have enough on his plate, protecting the city's economy amid a tier three lockdown and a battle with the PM over supporting local business, now he has had to tweet a denial.
