An online tool to help councils understand CPA data has been launched by the Audit Commission. The Making the numbers work website at www.audit-commission.gov.uk/mtnw will help council officers get to grips with their performance information. ‘Understanding what the data tells you is the key to identifying areas for improvement,' said the commission's local government and housing managing director, Gareth Davies.
