The trade union, Unison, has warned the outlook for the public sector jobs market will continue to look bleak unless the Government takes action.
Responding to the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development's latest labour market report, which predicts a ‘slow' and ‘painful' contraction of the UK jobs market, the trade union said public sector losses were much greater than the Office for Budget Responsibility originally predicted.
