Uttlesford DC has announced two interim appointments after a series of departures from its top team. Director of development John Mitchell will become interim chief executive until a permanent replacement for Alasdair Bovaird, who leaves later this month. Adrian Webb will become acting director of central services, while still occupying the post of chief finance officer. Director of resources, Phil O'Dell, left the authority in October. Mr Mitchell will also be supported in his new role by Colin Rockall, who is currently with the Audit Commission.
