Law firm, Pinsent Masons, has advised Bournemouth Council on a new, £500m local asset-backed value (LABV) regeneration scheme.

The project will run for 20 years and is a public-private partnership between the authority and Morgan Sindall Group. It will deliver a mixture of housing, shops and offices across 17 sites in the area.
