New Vision Homes, a joint venture between Pinnacle PSG and Mansell Construction Services, has taken more than 3,800 council homes from Woking BC.
The partnership will provide housing management, repairs and asset-management services for the local authority, in addition to new services, such as a 24-hour customer helpline.
